Iconic original 'Quinta' chair from the 1980s, designed by Mario Botta and produced by Alias. In the 1980s, the famous Swiss architect Mario Botta worked as a designer with the manufacturer Alias ​​on a whole range of furniture. Botta's ingenious designs often consist of simple geometric shapes while creating unique complex spaces. The frame of the Quinta chair is made of metal tubes and the seat is made of folded, perforated sheet metal. The shape of the perforated steel backrest and seat gives the material a certain flexibility and allows for comfortable sitting or reclining. The chair, originally made in Italy, is no longer produced today. Original Alias ​​sticker present. In good vintage condition with expected signs of age. Scratches and marks are present as shown in the photos.
