When is my order protected?
- When purchasing through our secure platform.
- The item differs significantly from the description, was damaged or was not delivered.
- You report the problem within 72 hours of delivery.
- If you receive an item that is significantly different from the description or was damaged in transit, we will work with you and the seller to resolve the issue.

If you organized the shipping yourself or picked up the item in person, unfortunately we cannot protect your purchase.

- As soon as you open a case with us, we will carry out an intensive review process . This may take some time, but we will keep you updated automatically.
- Mutually satisfactory solution : If your order is qualified and a solution is found, you will receive a confirmation email and a refund.
