The Egg Chair, designed by Arne Jacobsen, was originally conceived in 1958 for the reception area of the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen. Jacobsen designed the shell shape like a sculptor, conducting experiments with wire and plaster in his garage and finally achieving the perfect egg shape. His design is now considered a timeless design classic and is one of the highlights of Jacobsen's career. In addition to its elegant visual appearance, the chair also has a tilt function with springback so that you can lean back comfortably. The chair and ottoman on offer with light yellow fabric cover are in good, very good condition. The price is for the set.
