Unusual Bauhaus tubular steel sofa, most likely from the 1930s or 1940s, designed by Anton Lorenz. There are heavy signs of corrosion on the base at the back left and on some of the transitions between the narrow struts, but otherwise the chrome plating is in exceptionally good condition and has an impressive shine.
There is clearly visible rust on the fabric of the metal covering, but this has no negative impact on the stability or intended use.
Upholstery pads are no longer available.
Please note: The frame will be disassembled for shipping.
