Born in Ambalangoda, Sri Lanka, Badu is a renowned artist with a degree in Fine Arts (AFA) from Sri Lanka and a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) from Italy. His works have been exhibited worldwide, including in prestigious galleries and museums in India, Japan, Germany, France, China and many more countries. Badu has participated in numerous international art camps and his works can be found in many permanent collections around the globe, including the Sri Lanka National Art Gallery and the Fukuoka Cultural Museum in Japan.
