Beautiful Bohemian bowl made of alexandrite / neodymium glass.
This means that a substance has been added to the glass that absorbs the yellow light.
In daylight or normal lighting the object is lilac/pink, in cold light (e.g. fluorescent tubes and the like) the object is a shade of violet to light blue.
The color effect of this bowl is less pronounced than with other alexandrite glass objects. Constant between blue and pink in a light violet tone, only slight color changes in different lighting conditions.
Very good workmanship, a gem from the 1960s.
