The history of the traditional Swiss lighting manufacturer Baltensweiler began with this floor lamp: Rico Baltensweiler and Rosmarie Schwarz, who were still unmarried at the time, developed the Type 600 Model 51 lamp for their own use in their residential workshop in Lucerne. Many architect friends liked them so much that the first series of 10 was produced. With the series of lights for living and office areas, the company also grew larger. Today, Baltensweiler can look back on over 60 years of company history - and the timeless Type 600 floor lamp is still in production. The height of the delicate product can be individually adjusted so that the lamp can be optimally adapted to any room and for any purpose. This model is in good vintage condition with signs of wear, it works perfectly.
