Request a refund

To request a refund:

Go to Account > Orders
Select the order number of the product you wish to refund.
Select the ellipsis icon (three dots) next to the Order Total column. A refund request will open. Note: If you don't see the ellipsis icon, it means the 30-day period has passed.
To request a refund, click the link. A refund request form will appear.
Select a refund reason from the drop-down menu and add details about the reason for your refund request.
Select “Request a refund”.
An automatic confirmation of receipt will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Once we have had a chance to review your request, we will contact you regarding the refund process.
