refund policy

1. We offer a 14-day return period for Europe from the delivery date for refunds. Complaints regarding the delivery of products must be reported within 14 working days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, accessories and labels, and must comply with our stated shipping conditions.
2. To initiate a return, please email support@2nd-home.io with your email address and order number. After your request is submitted, you will receive return instructions within 72 hours. Please wait for this approval before returning your item as unauthorized returns will not be processed. Packages returned after the specified deadline will be refused and returned to sender.
3. We pride ourselves on offering vintage products that have a unique charm and often show signs of use and wear. Our goal is to represent these features as accurately as possible through detailed product photos and descriptions. It is important to note that small imperfections such as scratches or dents that do not affect the functionality or overall appearance of the product are characteristic features of vintage items. Therefore, they do not qualify for returns.
4. We do not accept cash on delivery for returns under any circumstances. The sender is responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning items.
5. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. designfunktion GmbH reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the specified requirements. If your return is refused, the item will be returned to you at your expense and no refund will be issued. We ask for your understanding.
6. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges of products. If you would like to exchange an item for a different color or size, please place a new order and we will assist you in returning the original item.
