Seller's description
Poul Kjærholm designed the PK22 lounge chair in the 1950s for the Danish furniture manufacturer E. Kold Christensen. As with most of his other furniture, the Danish designer combined stainless steel with natural materials. The simple armchair quickly became popular and was awarded the Grand Prix at the Triennale di Milano in 1957. The elegant leather armchair is in good vintage condition with signs of wear on the seat and back.
