Seller's description
The Italian Gae Aulenti is one of the most important architects and designers of the post-war period. In the 1960s she designed the Stringa sofa for the Italian company Poltronova. The chrome-plated frame is casually curved, and the soft seat cushions invite you to linger. The leather cushions on the backrest are attached to the frame with straps and give the sofa its expressive character. The two-seater sofa is in good used condition with a beautiful patina.
