In 1922, Rudolf Lehni senior founded the Lehni company, which at that time was still operating as a building plumber. The decisive impetus for the production of furniture came from the meeting between his son Rudolf Lehni and Andreas Christen at the Zurich School of Arts and Crafts: the twosome made the aluminum bookcase for the Expo in Lausanne in 1964. Since then, the renowned Swiss company has been producing furniture in a clear design language, designed by various designers. The Lehni Office shelf was designed by Andreas Christen in 1999. This is a shelf made of clear anodized aluminum with two hanging file pull-out drawers and two further compartments with slide-in doors. The timeless shelf can be operated from both sides and can therefore also be used as a room divider. Several in stock, all in good to very good condition with slight signs of wear. Price is per piece.
