Return Policy

If you would like to return or exchange your order, we are here for you! We offer a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending a clear statement to our email address hello@rugtales.com. In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we must repay all payments that we have received from you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

The return is at our expense. To do this, after we have received and checked your email with the cancellation, we will send you a return label, which you can then stick on the originally packaged goods and then take them to a post office near you.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

• Once your request to return your product is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label, which you will receive by email
• Return your item to us with the provided label by taking it to a DHL location.

Please note

• All of our products are unique and handmade. Irregularities in the colors or bent parts are natural with this product and cannot be claimed as defective.
• Returned items must be returned in the original packaging or similar packaging to ensure the safety of the product. #
• Returned items must not show any visible signs of wear or damage.
