The order is binding for the customer upon confirmation of his order, subject to the implementation of Article 11 "Right of withdrawal".
However, as an exception, Les Objoies offers the Customer the possibility to cancel his order within forty-eight (48) hours of validation. This option can only be applied to the entire order, it cannot therefore be partial and can only be accepted if no goods have yet left the Les Objoies warehouse. The cancellation request is made by email to the address ozeanburet@gmail.com, specifying the Customer's name and order number in the subject of the email. As this is a supra-legal option, it is the sole decision of Les Objoiess whether or not to grant this cancellation request. The refund of the order will be made within a maximum of fourteen (14) days.

11.1 – Conditions of the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-21 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from receipt or collection of the Products to return them to Les Objoies for exchange or refund. The return costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
11.2 – Product return procedure
The Customer must exercise his right of withdrawal by contacting Customer Service by email at Oceaneburet@gmail.com. Les Objoies undertakes to contact the Customer within seventy-two (72) hours to explain the product return procedure.
The customer must place all the products in the package(s) and carefully prepare the return package(s). The customer must return the products in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Returns will only be accepted if the product return procedure is respected by the customer. The customer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal if the returned products are unsuitable for further marketing, for example due to obvious damage.
In the event of return of the products by the Customer who has exercised his right of withdrawal in accordance with this article, the Customer bears the transport risk. In the event of non-compliant deliveries, the Customer must confirm his reservations regarding the products delivered within two (2) days of receipt of the products at the latest. These reservations must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Les Objoies, 18, rue de l'Atlas 75019 Paris and accompanied by at least two photographs and a copy of the carrier's delivery note indicating the reservations. After this deadline, any request will be refused by Les Objoies and Les Objoies cannot be held liable.
In accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity, accepted complaints will result in conformity or replacement of the defective or non-compliant product, or a refund if the product is not in stock. Products damaged by the customer will not be refunded.
Spontaneous returns without the consent of Les Objoies will not be accepted.
In the absence of express reservations by the customer, the delivery is deemed to be proper.
11.3 – Refund of products
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Les Objoies undertakes to reimburse the Customer within fourteen (14) days of exercising this right of withdrawal and after carrying out all product checks. The reimbursement will be made according to the method of payment chosen by the Customer. Products damaged by the Customer will not be reimbursed.
