Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who conducts a transaction that is not part of his or her business.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days and shall begin on the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of resignation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse to reimburse you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have withdrawn from this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of conclusion of the contract, are not
- Member State of the European Union and whose sole residence and
- Delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract is outside the European Union,
- unless the law of the consumer’s place of residence provides for such a right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of

- which are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery
- which are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
