Ciao! We are Bottega Jacobs, a German duo in the heart of Tuscany.

Anna and Paul Jacobs search and hunt for vintage treasures from the last two to three centuries. With their curated collections on 2nd home, you get a little piece of Italy just for you.

"We are who we are as we live!" - our home is always a reflection of our personality - unique, a little quirky and full of character. That's why Bottega Jacobs selects each piece with care; it has to be at least exceptionally beautiful or useful - it's almost always both!

Anna's intuitive sense of beauty redefines vintage trends, and Paul's talent for restoration is a perfect fit for the gates of Florence, where exceptional craftsmanship originates. They collect elegant furniture, unusual lighting and quirky art - their hand-picked design objects are selected with love, reworked with dedication and presented with attention to detail.

Sustainability as a concept - "We only work with recycled or reused packaging materials. Our products already exist and are finding a new life in a resource-saving way. Only buy what you really love, away from fast furniture - towards carefully selected unique pieces that will last forever!"

Right of withdrawal

return policy

We have a 14 day return policy for refunds from the delivery date for Europe. Claims regarding the delivery of products must be made within 14 working days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, accessories and tags, and must comply with our stated shipping terms.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@bottegajacobs.com with your email address and order number. Once your request is submitted, you will receive return instructions within 72 hours. Please wait for this authorization before returning your item, as unauthorized returns will not be processed. Packages returned after the specified time period will be refused and returned to sender.

We pride ourselves on offering vintage products that have a unique charm and often show signs of wear. Our goal is to represent these characteristics as faithfully as possible through detailed product photos and descriptions. It is important to note that minor imperfections such as scratches or dents that do not affect the functionality or overall appeal of the product are inherent characteristics of vintage items and therefore do not qualify for return.

We do not accept cash on delivery for returns under any circumstances. The sender bears the costs and risks associated with returning items.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Bottega Jacobs reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the specified requirements. If your return is refused, the item will be returned to you at your expense and no refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges of products. If you would like to exchange an item for a different color or size, please place a new order and we will assist you with the return process for the original item.
